EVRI COURIER DELIVERY

We send all parcels via evri tracked post, once our items have been made and completed we will send a email / text message providing your tracking info.

All international parcels are sent tracked postage also via EVRI this can however take longer than UK delivery. Please allow 7-10 working days once your order has been shipped. Due to the new law changes / brexit changes there may be a small customs charge fee unfortunately this is now law. So please keep this is mind when ordering from us as if parcels are refused we are not oblidged to offer refunds due to high postage costs and the cost of making items, material costs and this also comes into our refund / returns rules, as items are of a bespoke element and are non re sellable.

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or returns as items are personalised to your desire and made to a bespoke requirement which makes items non re sellable.

Please make sure when ordering from us all spelling, colours, font styles ect are all correct.
